A. Personal Data

  2. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, our payment processor stores all financial information.

V. Tracking Technologies

A. Cookies and Web Beacons

  1. Cookies: We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Services to help customize the Services and improve your experience. When you access the Services, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies, but be aware that such action could affect the availability and functionality of the Services. You may not decline web beacons. B. Internet-Based Advertising

  1. Advertising Software: Additionally, we may use third-party software to serve ads on the Services, implement email marketing campaigns, and manage other interactive marketing initiatives. C. Website Analytics

  1. Analytics: We may also partner with selected third-party vendors, such as Google Analytics, to allow tracking technologies and remarketing services on the Services through the use of first party cookies and third-party cookies, to, among other things, analyze and track users’ use of the Services, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. By accessing the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information by these third-party vendors. You are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions. We do not transfer personal information to these third-party vendors. VI. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

VII. Policy for Children

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. VIII. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

IX. Options Regarding Your Information

A. Account Information

  1. Review and Update: You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account by:

  2. Termination: Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. A. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data under GDPR

A. Categories of Personal Information Collected

We may use or disclose personal information we collect for "business purposes" or "commercial purposes" (as defined under the CCPA), which may include the following examples:

  1. Identifiers: Such as a real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, driver's license number, passport number, or other similar identifiers.
  2. Personal Information Categories Listed in the California Customer Records Statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)): Such as a name, signature, Social Security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number, driver's license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, medical information, or health insurance information. Some personal information included in this category may overlap with other categories.
  3. Commercial Information: Such as records and history of products or services purchased or considered.
  4. Internet or Other Similar Network Activity: Such as interaction with our Service or advertisement.

D. Sale of Personal Information

As defined in the CCPA, "sell" and "sale" mean selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's personal information by the business to a third party for valuable consideration. This means that we may have received some kind of benefit in return for sharing personal information, but not necessarily a monetary benefit.

F. Sale of Personal Information of Minors Under 16 Years of Age

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 16 through our Service, although certain third-party websites that we link to may do so. These third-party websites have their own terms of use and privacy policies and we encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and instruct their children to never provide information on other websites without their permission.

We do not sell the personal information of consumers we actually know are less than 16 years of age, unless we receive affirmative authorization (the "right to opt-in") from either the consumer who is between 13 and 16 years of age, or the parent or guardian of a consumer less than 13 years of age. Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable request related to your personal information.

Your request to us must:

  1. Verification: Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
  2. Description: Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with the required information if we cannot:

  2. Confirmation: Confirm that the personal information relates to you.

We will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary and with prior notice.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable request's receipt.

For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

I. Do Not Sell My Personal Information
